GIG 2006 – Dining Etiquette & social skills Workshop – HKUST
Organized by the Student Counseling and Career Service of HKUST, and as part of the personal development program, Get-In-Gear (GIG) 2006, the workshop aims at equipping students with dining etiquette & social skills for business entertainment.
Rich content on Social skill and manner, dining etiquette and business etiquette, 55 students divided into 5 groups of long table. By starting the evening with First Impression Management, demonstration and practical session are involved. A 3 courses set dinner menu was served to all students for practical session.

A “Charity begins at Halloween” campaign targeted at students of International School – as the key program of the campaign, Aqua Luna was invited to support the party
Le Manege provided venue, MC and snacks, organized the run down, host games session and prepared gifts. A team of young make-up artist from the Hong Kong Children & Youth Services, out reach Tai Po (Under the Mentoring Program by Kate Chau) provided Halloween face painting and make-up services to all attendees.

On behalf of the Cancer Patient Resource Centre at the Prince of Wales Hospital, I would like to thank you all for supporting our self-image program for our breast cancer patients in donating materials.
The program was sponsored by the Hong Kong Cancer Fund, and it was successfully held form May 6-27, 2004 in five sessions. The Project Manager, Kate Chau was invited to teach skin care, body care, make-up, hair care & accessories, and wardrobe styling. The patients who joined the program found themselves learn more skills in re-establishing their self-image, and they began to appreciate themselves and to become more confident. The program also provided an opportunity for the patients to build up the mutual support among themselves.

When I stepped in Le Manège the first time for my friend’s farewell party, I was amazed by its well-blended decoration and atmosphere. I was attracted by its flexibility as a club.
